Famulor AI is an omnichannel artificial intelligence platform designed to deploy a single, unified AI agent across multiple communication channels—including voice calls (PSTN/SIP), web-based live chat, WhatsApp Business, and Meta Messenger. Famulor AI processes real-time voice and text interactions through a modular, engine-agnostic architecture. When a call is received, audio is captured and routed to one of several configurable transcription engines—including Gladia (270 ms latency), Deepgram, or proprietary speech-to-speech models. The transcribed text is then processed by large language models (including GPT, Claude, and Realtime models) to generate contextually appropriate responses. Finally, the response is rendered as natural-sounding speech via integrated TTS engines (ElevenLabs or Cartesia), supporting emotional modulation and multilingual output.
The platform supports three processing modes: Pipeline (transcribe → LLM → synthesize), Realtime (direct speech-to-speech), and Hybrid (Dualplex), which dynamically combines both for optimal balance of fluency, accuracy, and latency. All interaction data flows through Famulor’s secure EU-hosted infrastructure, with optional SIP trunking, CRM synchronization, and webhook-based API integrations.
Famulor AI supports a wide range of inbound and outbound use cases across industries.
