Jeeb operates through a three-stage workflow: Scan & Capture, Add Context, and Find Anyone. In the first stage, users point their device camera at a physical business card or screenshot; the built-in OCR engine identifies and structures contact details—including name, title, company, email, and phone number—in under two seconds. The second stage allows users to record a brief voice note describing where and how they met the contact; Jeeb transcribes the audio and automatically generates relevant tags (e.g., #AI, #Conference, #SF) and location metadata. In the final stage, users search across their entire contact library using natural language phrases, keywords, or combinations of attributes, returning matches ranked by relevance—including priority contacts starred by the user.
The platform also supports proactive contact management: users create distinct digital business cards for different life contexts (work, personal, freelance), each with unique branding, contact details, and sharing settings. Edits to any card propagate instantly across all devices and sharing channels.
