Happy Invoicing

TeraInvoice is a cloud-based invoicing and payment platform designed to automate the billing and delivery workflow for creative professionals and small businesses. It enables users to create branded invoices, collect payments securely, and automatically release high-resolution digital deliverables—such as photographs, videos, or design files—only after full payment has been confirmed. The platform integrates payment processing, file hosting, analytics, and AI-assisted tools into a single interface.
The product targets photographers, freelance media creators, solo designers, content agencies, and small business owners who frequently deliver digital assets and require reliable, upfront payment collection. By enforcing a "pay-before-delivery" model, TeraInvoice reduces administrative overhead associated with late payments, manual follow-ups, and file distribution.
TeraInvoice operates through a three-stage workflow: creation, delivery, and fulfillment. Users begin by creating an invoice either manually or using AI assistance—specifying line items, deliverables, and branding. They can attach digital files directly or reference assets stored in the platform’s secure cloud environment. Once generated, the invoice is shared with clients via email (with embedded payment link) or exported as a PDF.
Upon receiving the invoice, clients complete payment using credit or debit cards. TeraInvoice processes payments through Stripe and immediately validates transaction success. Only then does the system generate and send an automated download link to the client, granting access to the previously withheld high-resolution files. All steps—including reminders, late fee application, and file cleanup—are configurable and run without manual intervention.
The platform also supports advanced workflows such as watermarked previews for unpaid invoices, customizable templates, bulk data import/export, and domain customization for white-labeling.
TeraInvoice streamlines financial operations for service-based creatives who deliver digital products. Photographers use it to ensure full payment before releasing raw image files; video editors and motion designers leverage it to protect final exports; and agencies deploy it to manage multi-client billing and asset delivery at scale. Its automation suite eliminates repetitive tasks like sending reminders or tracking unpaid invoices, while its analytics dashboard provides visibility into cash flow timing, client engagement, and revenue trends. The integration with global payment infrastructure allows businesses to accept payments from international clients without managing currency conversion manually. File retention policies and storage tiers further support compliance and operational efficiency across different business sizes.
