Aplikasi invoice & pembukuan gratis untuk UMKM Indonesia

My Invoice is a web-based digital business management application designed for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (UMKM), freelancers, and independent business owners in Indonesia. It provides an all-in-one solution for generating business documents and maintaining basic financial records without requiring software installation. The application operates entirely in the browser, enabling immediate access across devices.
The platform addresses common administrative needs of Indonesian small businesses, including formal documentation for transactions, service delivery, procurement, and financial tracking. Its design prioritizes simplicity, localization, and compliance with standard Indonesian business document formats such as invoices, receipts, delivery notes, quotations, and purchase orders.
Users access My Invoice directly through a web browser without installing any software. After creating an account or logging in, they can select a document type—such as invoice, receipt, delivery note, quotation, or purchase order—and populate fields using intuitive forms. The system automatically applies sequential numbering, date stamps, and customizable business details (e.g., company name, tax ID, bank information). All entries are saved in real time to the user’s account.
Financial data from created documents is aggregated into a centralized ledger. Users can record daily business notes, track costs via the HPP (Harga Pokok Penjualan) calculator—which factors in variable marketplace fees—and generate consolidated monthly financial reports. Document exports are available in PDF format with print-ready layout and branding options.
My Invoice supports operational efficiency for service-based freelancers who issue regular invoices and receipts, retail UMKM owners managing supplier orders and customer payments, and consultants preparing formal quotations. Its multi-currency capability enables businesses engaging in cross-border transactions, while the HPP calculator assists sellers on Indonesian e-commerce platforms in estimating net margins after platform commissions. The browser-based architecture ensures accessibility on low-spec devices and offline-capable workflows via local browser storage, though full functionality requires internet connectivity for synchronization and report generation.
