Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content.

Payments, Billing, and Refunds

We offer paid services through recurring subscriptions (Pro plan) and one-time credit packages. This section explains how billing works and when refunds are available.

Subscription Plans

Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the recurring fees. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you retain access to your plan features until then.

Because our services are digital and delivered instantly, subscription fees are non-refundable in principle, with the following exceptions:

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge, provided their usage has not exceeded 10% of the plan's monthly quota.
• Service Outages: Verified service interruptions caused by us lasting more than 72 hours are eligible for a prorated refund or service extension.
• Billing Errors: Duplicate or incorrect charges caused by us are fully refundable.

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• Fees for subscription periods that have already been used (outside the exceptions above).
• Annual subscription refund requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase.
• Accounts terminated due to violations of these Terms.

Credit Packages

Credit packages are one-time purchases. Unused purchased credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

• Unused Credits: Credits that remain completely unused within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
• Consumed Credits: Once any credits from a package have been consumed, that package is non-refundable.
• Billing Errors: Duplicate or incorrect charges caused by us are fully refundable.
• Statutory Rights: First-time buyers retain any statutory withdrawal rights (such as the 14-day cooling-off period in the EU/UK) until the credits are used for the first time.

Free credits granted at signup (for example, the 120-minute welcome credit) are promotional, have no cash value, are non-refundable, and expire 30 days after grant.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@fastscribe.org with your account email, transaction ID, and the reason for your request. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
