24sur7.support is an AI concierge designed for vacation rentals and short-term accommodation providers. It delivers on-demand guest support around the clock through both text chat and real-time voice interaction, answering common questions in more than 30 languages.
The platform targets individual hosts and property managers who want to provide consistent, immediate answers to guest inquiries without being on call. It centralizes property information in a structured knowledge base and makes it accessible to guests via a shareable link, reducing repetitive messaging and improving response times.
Hosts create an account, add one or more properties, and configure a knowledge base with essential details such as Wi‑Fi credentials, check‑in instructions, house rules, parking information, and appliance guides. Setup can be accelerated by importing an existing Airbnb listing; the system extracts relevant details to populate the knowledge base.
Each property receives a unique shareable link that can be sent via Airbnb messages, SMS, WhatsApp, or email. Guests can interact in their preferred language using text or voice. The assistant uses AI to interpret questions and respond clearly using the provided property information. All conversations are visible to the host in the client portal, with analytics to help improve the knowledge base over time. Guests are not required to create accounts.
Pricing is per property per month and scales with the number of properties. Testing (account creation, property setup, and knowledge-base configuration) is free; charges apply only when the public guest link is enabled.
