ZATCA-qualified e-invoicing & revenue automation for KSA

FatooraOnline is a cloud-based e‑invoicing and revenue automation platform built for organizations operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is qualified for ZATCA Phase 1 and Phase 2 and supports data residency in Saudi Arabia on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The platform is designed for both SMEs and enterprises that need to issue, clear, archive, and manage compliant electronic invoices across POS, B2B, and B2C workflows.
The system provides bilingual Arabic and English interfaces and outputs, real-time clearance via ZATCA APIs, and secure archival. It supports multiple input channels (web portal, mobile app, POS screen, ERP/POS integration, and Excel upload) and includes accounts receivable capabilities such as payment links, customer portal, automated reminders, and reconciliation tools.
FatooraOnline supports the creation of Standard and Simplified Tax Invoices through several channels, including a web portal, mobile app, POS billing screen, ERP/POS integration, or Excel upload. During invoice creation, the system automatically generates required compliance elements such as the QR code, UUID, embedded XML, and cryptographic stamp.
Invoices are submitted to ZATCA in real time via API. The platform validates the XML (Schema v3.2), applies hash chaining and encryption, and handles rejections using structured error handling and retry logic to maintain continuity and accuracy at scale.
Once cleared, invoices are archived securely for long-term retention (at least 9 years), indexed for searchability, and made available for download or audit. Finance teams can monitor status in dashboards, export VAT reports and clearance logs, and leverage AR functions such as payment links, automated dunning across WhatsApp/SMS/Email, and PDPL-aligned contact handling.
