Speed to booking for professional photographers

Momentum is a client management and booking platform built for professional photographers. It consolidates proposals, contracts, invoicing, and client communication into a single workflow to move inquiries to signed agreements and initial payments quickly.
The system emphasizes a fully digital process. A branded client portal, automated payment reminders, and AI-assisted contract generation with e-signature reduce manual tasks while giving clients 24/7 access to documents and payment schedules. There are no monthly fees; a transaction fee applies when payments are processed and is added to the client’s total.
First, enable payments in the dashboard. You will be redirected to Stripe to link your bank account. If you do not have a Stripe account, you can create one during setup. This provides secure payment processing for you and your clients.
Next, create a proposal by entering shoot details and generating a single link. Send this link via email or direct message. The client sees a branded portal with your contract, the payment schedule, and a place to submit timelines.
After the client signs, Momentum prompts for the deposit and handles payment reminders and due date calculations. A 3.5% transaction fee is added to the client’s total. Funds are split automatically: 96.5% of the transaction amount is deposited to your bank account, and the fee is charged to the client. No monthly fees apply.
| Plan | Monthly Fee | Transaction Fee | Who Pays the Fee | Included |
